THE POWER OF HIT: Since 2004, the 30 Minute Hit has made a difference in thousands of women's lives, and this year we are inviting those same women to give back. We promise this one of kind event will, inspire, empower, and touch everyone involved but more importantly raise a lot of money for a very worthy cause! For the month of October 2011, all 30 Minute Hit members are invited to Kicks the *&%! out of women’s cancers of all kinds and fight for your mother, sister, aunt, cousin, grandmother or friend. With every Jab/Cross, Front Kick and Uppercut on BOB, you will help to uncover the cure for women’s cancers by raising money for this worthy cause based on how many times you complete the 30 Minute Hit circuit in the month of October. Not only will you sweat, burn, learn and smile your way to results you never thought possible, you will challenge and motivate yourself by fighting for thousands of women battling cancer in Canada and the United States of America.
