As the creator of the 30 minute express boxing/kickboxing circuit concept, the 30 Minute Hit and its rapidly growing number of franchise locations, continues to lead the movement in this new and exciting fitness format. Since our inception in 2004, the 30 Minute Hit concept and brand has continued to gain momentum and prove our business model even through a tough economy. While our first franchises have continued their commitment to the 30 Minute Hit family for more than 5 years with memberships stronger than ever, existing franchises opening multiple locations, and new locations continue to thrive quickly. |

“I knew I wanted to be an owner of a 30 Minute Hit ladies fitness franchise location from the moment I signed up and I have never looked back! I absolutely LOVE what I do every day. It's such an amazing feeling to provide a service where people can see the results they're after and a place they can feel comfortable and have fun while doing it. It's the most rewarding 'job' I could ever have, although it doesn't feel like work. When I found 30 Minute Hit I knew it was for me. The most rewarding part of being a trainer is seeing my members every day. It sounds cheesy, but they are all amazing and I am so excited to play a part in their road to achieving their goals. They all have their own motivations for coming to the "Hit". Whether it's to gain confidence, lose weight, or just to get a really good workout, I watch them get closer and closer every time they come in!
