When I joined the Port Coquitlam 30-Minute-Hit in April 2008, it was my goal to be Member of the Month. I've finally accomplished it, but definitely do not want to stop here. I still love going to The Hit" everyday! The wonderful thing about The Hit is that it's only 30 minutes and you will never get bored. Since I work in downtown Vancouver, it's so easy to fit in right after work and first thing on Saturday mornings. It's much better than a normal gym because there is always a trainer available on the floor to help you with your form, suggest new excercises, and push you until the last buzzer! Before I joined The Hit, I always wanted to try boxing but the boxing gyms usually involved some sort of sparring...I am way more comfortable punching "Bob." I find that it's the perfect mix of cardio and strength training; I have recently I have added running to my fitness program. In the past year, my core strength and muscle tone have improved greatly. I would recommend The Hit to any woman who is looking to get in shape, stay in shape, gain confidence, or simply relieve stress by punching the crap out of "Bob.".

When I first opened the door at 30 minute hit, I was very intimidated; I have never punched and or kicked anybody!
But the staff here was so friendly and welcoming; it made me feel comfortable being here and working out here. The whole atmosphere is just wonderful!
In the past, I have done jogging and gone to the gym; but only doing jogging didn’t give me strength, and at the gym, there is nobody there to correct me from what I was doing wrong. Because if this I never really pushed myself and never felt comfortable at the gym.
But here, there is always somebody standing behind me (and I know they are watching!) and correcting me. So now I push myself and also I know I can’t slack off!
My husband has noticed the difference in my strength and ability. He used to always win the “tickle fights”, but now things are a little more even ;)

 This is the most fun and the best results I have ever experienced. I have worked out off and on for many years but I have never been this motivated and have looked forward to my workouts as much as I have since I started at 30 Minute Hit. My energy level has increased and my waist size has decreased.... The staff makes me feel like I have a personal trainer by challenging me on a regular basis which is also part of the motivation along with the great tunes. And then there's Bob.... the best legal stress relief around.... Lucie Nicholls I joined 30 Minute Hit in April of this year and have never looked back. This is by far the best workout I have ever done. I belonged to a traditional gym for years and never seemed to improve my fitness level. With 30 Minute Hit, I have made gains not only in my fitness level but also with my self confidence. Laura is amazing and so motivating, always challenging me to try new things. I am also thrilled to have May who has brought with her some new ideas and motivation to help keep things interesting. Thank you both so much for making my workouts fun and challenging. This is the best workout ever!
