Q: If I have an active membership at one location may I train at any other 30 Minute Hit location?
A: Yes, once you are an active HIT member you may train at any 30 Minute Hit location.

Q: What are your membership fees?
A: Our membership fees are listed at https://www.30minutehit.com/blog/membership/.

Q: Can Customer Service help with any changes to my current membership?
A: Any changes to your current membership must be completed at the location where you registered. Customer service cannot help with any changes to your membership.

Q: I have a booked a free trial and I need to reschedule?
A: Please go back to your email that shows the confirmed booking and you may change your booking here or please contact the location directly where you booked your free trial. Customer service cannot rebook or cancel your free trial.

Q: What is the youngest age you allow to join?
A: You must be 13 years of age to join the 30 Minute Hit and anyone under the legal age in their province/state must need a legal guardian to sign the waiver and contract.

Q: Do I need to have Boxing or Kickboxing experience?
A: Absolutely not! Most of our clients have had zero Boxing or Kickboxing experience. For your first workout, we have a qualified trainer to take you through the circuit and stay with you while you find your stride. From there, our trainers provide consistent instruction and motivation every step (kick and punch) of the way! It’s like having a personal trainer without the pressure, commitment or expense.

Q: I haven’t worked out in 10 years – should I get in shape first?
A: This is the perfect work out for any fitness level. Because the 30 Minute Hit is not a partner based workout, you will only push your own limits with healthy encouragement. We strive to provide a motivating, yet non-intimidating environment creating the best workout for YOU whether you are a true beginner or a seasoned athlete.

Q: I noticed your hours are in large blocks – can I start any time?
A: Yes, you may start the circuit at any time, keeping in mind you must start your workout 30 minutes before we close.

Q: How often do I need to train to see results?
A: We recommend training 3 times per week on average and most women see real results as soon as their second week.

Q: Is there a drop in membership rate?
A: No. We do not offer drop-in training.
