A: Absolutely not! Most of our clients have had zero Boxing or Kickboxing experience. From there, our trainers provide consistent instruction and motivation every step (kick and punch) of the way! It’s like having a personal trainer without the pressure, commitment or expense.

A: This is the perfect work out for any fitness level. Because the 30 Minute Hit is not a partner based workout, you will only push your own limits with healthy encouragement. We strive to provide a motivating, yet non-intimidating environment creating the best workout for YOU whether you are a true beginner or a seasoned athlete.

A: Yes, you may start the circuit at any time, keeping in mind you must start your workout 30 minutes before we close.
