Our goal at 30 Minute Hit is to empower women to improve their strength, enhance their health, and grow their confidence. We make this happen with the power of our unique, circuit-style kickboxing workout. Designed to maximize efficiency and results, it’ll help you get in shape, burn some serious calories, and love your body. And the best part? All you need is just 30 minutes.
Located in southwestern Quebec, Ville Mont-Royal is a beautiful suburb north of downtown Montreal. When it comes to staying in shape, residents of the town can choose from a range of local activities. They also take advantage of the town’s 30 parks, many of which are equipped with a variety of recreational facilities.
