At 30 Minute Hit, we’re excited to introduce you to our new location in Castle Rock, Colorado. Known for our kickboxing-inspired circuit workout, we take a unique approach to helping women stay fit, build their confidence, and improve their health. Strategically designed to give you optimal results, the 30 Minute Hit workout is the perfect way to boost your physical and mental strength, conquer your fitness goals, and burn some serious calories along the way. And you can do it all in just 30 minutes at a time!
30 Minute Hit Castle Rock is located in a Colorado town between Denver and Colorado Springs. As a resident of the community, you know that the town offers lots of ways to stay active all year round. For example, at the Recreation Center, you can swim laps in the pool or play a game of racquetball. You can also cycle on the paved bike path, jump on trampolines with your kids, or use the 18-hole golf simulator at Philip S. Miller Park. And if you’re feeling daring, you can even go ziplining at Castle Rock Adventure Park.
Castle Rock is a great place to live and raise a family. But you know as well as we do that life in town can get pretty busy. That’s what makes 30 Minute Hit Castle Rock an excellent fit for women in the community.
Made to fit right into your busy schedule, our results-driven circuit combines the most effective exercises from kickboxing, boxing, general self-defense, and core stability training for a highly effective, full-body workout. Working alongside supportive and encouraging trainers, you’ll use punching bags, Swiss balls, and medicine balls to power through a series of high-intensity, two-minute stations. Challenging but also tons of fun, our circuit will inspire and empower you to become the strong, self-assured women you were always meant to be.
Maggie Linenberg is the owner of 30 Minute Hit Castle Rock. Passionate about encouraging women to achieve their goals, she enjoys welcoming new members of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels to the 30 Minute Hit community. She’s determined to show women in Castle Rock just how good they can feel inside and out when they have the chance to work out in a supportive and child-friendly women-only environment.

If you’re a resident of Seattle near Ballard, you know that the city’s stunning natural environment gives you plenty of ways to stay active year round. For example, you can enjoy beautiful views while hiking Mount Si or Rattlesnake Ledge, take in the gorgeous scenery while cycling down a bike trail, kayak around Portage Bay, or even give whitewater rafting a try.
