At 30 Minute Hit, we’re thrilled to announce the opening of our newest location in Sainte-Therese, Quebec. Like our other locations in Canada and the US, 30 Minute Hit Sainte-Therese helps women build their physical fitness while improving their health and growing their confidence. How do we do it? With a unique kickboxing-inspired circuit workout that’s strategically designed to give women the best results possible.
Located in southwestern Quebec, Sainte-Therese is a suburb of Montreal. If you live in Sainte-Therese, you know that there are lots of ways to stay active in your community. For example, you can take a dip in an outdoor pool during the summer, skate on an outdoor rink in the winter, cycle down 13 km of bike paths, or go for a jog in one of the city’s 29 parks. You can also play a game of tennis at a local court or work on your beach volleyball skills at Parc Richelieu.

And you can do it all in just 30 minutes at a time!
30 Minute Hit Castle Rock is located in a Colorado town between Denver and Colorado Springs. As a resident of the community, you know that the town offers lots of ways to stay active all year round. For example, at the Recreation Center, you can swim laps in the pool or play a game of racquetball. You can also cycle on the paved bike path, jump on trampolines with your kids, or use the 18-hole golf simulator at Philip S. Miller Park. And if you’re feeling daring, you can even go ziplining at Castle Rock Adventure Park.
