30 Minute Hit Phoenix-North Kickboxing Now Open



We’re excited to announce that our new Phoenix-North 30 Minute Hit location in Cave Creek, Arizona, is now open. Designed with busy women in mind, our unique kickboxing-inspired circuit is the perfect solution for women who want to improve their health, build their strength, tone their bodies, and have fun along the way. As you work out with the support of knowledgeable and encouraging trainers, you’ll burn calories, perfect your punch, and build up a sweat. And all it takes is 30 minutes!

In the suburbs and towns north of Phoenix, residents stay active by engaging in a variety of activities and taking advantage of the stunning views and thrilling terrain right at their doorstep. In particular, they enjoy hiking the scenic Black Mountain Trail, exploring the equestrian trails at Spur Cross Ranch, and cycling through beautiful Cave Creek Regional Park. They also put their skills to the test at one of many local golf courses in the area.

Whether you have a demanding job, kids to take care of, or other responsibilities to manage, you know how busy life can be during the week.
