In the short period of time I've been at the Prosper 30 Min Hit it have not been short of amazing. The trainer and Owner know me by name and have been very encouraging during my efforts of becoming a better me with my overall health goals. They have always been kind to my children in the kids area and have made me feel comfortable with them being there with me while I train.
