Who doesn't like a group of women supporting each other, strangers or not. It's a fun and safe atmosphere. All the Instructors are knowledgeable,and caring. I like the flexibility of the hours. Because it's circuit training ,You come when it is convenient for yourself and sign in as the next person in line. If your looking for a long term gym, this is it !!! Look. No further ?
