30 Minute Hit is my favorite workout. The trainers are exceptional at making me feel welcome and encourage me throughout the workout. I especially like that they make sure that my hitting form is correct and that I'm working at my level. By the time I finish the workout I feel incredible! This workout is at HIT for me and can be for anyone who gives it a try! I highly recommend 30 Minute Hit!
