I’ve found the perfect workout! It’s only 30 minutes and I can see the benefits it has done to my body and mind so far. This gym is really designed for women, busy moms. I don’t need to schedule a time, just show up and start the circuit. There’s also a safe space for babies/kids with some toys. Teri, the owner, and all the trainers Izzy, April, Vanessa and Jessica are awesome. They are always paying attention to the techniques and encouraging me to get out of my comfort zone.
