It’s not easy when you’re a newcomer and feel like you don’t fit in anywhere. Well, after 3.5 years in Canada, I've finally found my place thanks to Shannon and her girls! This space is more than just a gym—it's a vibrant hub of positivity where I can get a fantastic workout and it’s kids friendly so I don’t have to miss my workout when there’s no one to watch my kids.
