Highly recommended. I thought that 30 Minute Hit was going to be, your average Hit workout with set stations and easy. Boy was I wrong! My trainer Jayden took me there a 30 minute high impact Kick boxing, cardio and boxing session, that left me drenched. The workouts are beginner friendly and you are encouraged to go at your own pace, but push pass your own limits. I really liked the turtle kick station, The Guard and Bob.
