Welcome to Fort St. John's 30 Minute Hit. I am so excited to bring you this fun, energizing and ladies only kickboxing circuit! It is a boxing/kickboxing, self defense, core and cardio training circuit that is designed just for YOU! It is a FULL BODY workout for all ages and fitness levels.
