I absolutely love this place! Been looking for a kickboxing place for the longest time, and this popped up. I love their first free trial to get a feel of the expected workout. I love the trainers- full of expertise and motivation! It’s been keeping me consistent with my workouts. I TOTALLY recommend 30 Minute Hit!
