I’ve finished 4 weeks, and already I can see and feel changes in my strength and cardiovascular fitness…the staff make sure that you are using correct techniques, and they provide encouragement as you work through the stations. Excited to introduce 30 Minute Hit to the women of Kingston. A place for women only, of all ages (13+), and fitness levels. It’s circuit-based training that gives a full body workout utilizing boxing, kickboxing, and core, based on self defense moves. It will leave you feeling energized and stronger, both physically and mentally.

There is a trainer on the floor at all times encouraging and motivating you to have your very best workout. We also have a small children’s area for your little one!

Convenient – no scheduled class times to sign up for. Effective – high intensity/full body workout. Fast – only 30 minutes. And don’t forget FUN!
