Excited to introduce 30 Minute Hit to the women of Kingston. A place for women only, of all ages (13+), and fitness levels. It’s circuit-based training that gives a full body workout utilizing boxing, kickboxing, and core, based on self defense moves. It will leave you feeling energized and stronger, both physically and mentally.
There is a trainer on the floor at all times encouraging and motivating you to have your very best workout. We also have a small children’s area for your little one!
Convenient – no scheduled class times to sign up for. Effective – high intensity/full body workout. Fast – only 30 minutes. And don’t forget FUN!
