I joined Maple Ridge club Aug. 9 2022. As of today I have lost 3% body fat and 2 lbs in 10 days! Before I started "30 minute hit" I was eating clean and exercising and my weight wasn't budging. What I love is it's only 30 minutes out of my day and I can drop in anytime no registering. Brenda is a great motivator and coach with a fun personality. The atmosphere is encouraging and friendly. I was hooked at hearing "you get to Hit things!" (What girl doesn't want to Hit things!). After completing my Free Trial I thought I had died and gone to heaven! I had finally found it! I found a place that was more than just a workout! I found a place that I could let go of my life's constant stresses! I found a workout that was quick but hard and challenged me every step of the way. A workout that finally worked and I felt better than ever! The rest is history - 2 1/2 years later I couldn't be happier! I get to share my passion of the 30 Minute Hit experience with so many wonderful women, all with a different story to tell, all there for different reasons not to mention the best workout. Each and every day I get the honour and privilege of being a part of their lives as they reach their goals. It makes my heart smile and I still pinch myself every day!
