Could not recommend more! I went to 30 Minute Hit after having a very inconsistent workout schedule and no kickboxing experience. Brian and the trainers (all female) welcomed me and the transition into the gym was easy. Brian, the trainers, and other members are great and the workouts are a lot of fun. Super convenient that you can pop in whenever and don't have to schedule a specific workout time.
