I started 30 Min HIT about 4 months ago. I must say I am very pleased with how everything has been going. The staff members encourage you as well as guide you when you need help or suggestions or new workout techniques. The trainers are always up for giving you a challenge. ?? The other females also working out at this gym and very friendly and encouraging. There’s no judgement everyone is on a different level and have different goals they’d like to achieve.
