Our location is child-friendly and women only and provides a circuit style workout combining high intensity interval training, kickboxing, boxing, self defense techniques and core strengthening. A trainer is on the floor at all times to encourage and motivate you to ensure you walk out the door feeling energized, satisfied, empowered and ready to come back for more. No experience necessary! Give us 30 minutes of your day and we will have you on your way to a stronger, fitter and more confident you! See you on the floor!
