This place is awesome! You can be in and out in 40 mins - 30 min intense workout with 10 mins stretch afterwards! Focus on your own workout or in parallel with others. Regardless, Alayna and staff are encouraging and attentive. Loved the structure of working on isolated kickboxing and self-defense skills and finishing off going all-out on Bob! Such an awesome way to get your daily HIIT and stress release in! Try it out! ????
