I joined the gym in June 2022 and I am glad I made that step! It is my new daily routine and I am loving it. The 30 minutes training is fun and challenging, and it definitely makes you sweat and feels accomplished. Every trainer is friendly, energetic and always tries to bring the most potential out of you. It is a women only environment which makes you feel so much more comfortable when working out.
