30 Min Hit was so much fun and an extremely welcoming environment. The facility is very nice, clean, and well-kept. Matt instructed me through my first workout, which was the perfect combination of self-defense/cardio/core work. I was engaged the entire time, and it was challenging but so much fun and EMPOWERING!
