This place is great! You’ll never have a bad workout here; I feel like you’re pretty much guaranteed to work super hard every time you step foot in here due to the trainers, guidance, and structure. It’s a cool circuit-style workout with no repeats so that people like me, who get bored easily when you’re doing like 3 sets of X Reps, don’t get bored.
