I absolutely love 30 minute hit. The workout stations are great. Each one is for two minutes which doesn’t seem like a lot but definitely halfway thru the arms get tired and the legs get heavier. There is always a trainer there giving encouragement. There are levels you can move up to so it is never boring. By the time 30 minutes have passed you have had a complete workout. ! I love it and would absolutely recommend joining!!!!
